Developed by SingHaiyi Group, Vela Bay sits on a 112,992 sq ft site along Bayshore Drive in District 16 - the first private condominium to be launched on a Government Land Sale (GLS) site in the newly revitalised Bayshore precinct. The architecture takes direct inspiration from luxury yachts gliding across calm waters, capturing the elegance, movement, and serenity of waterfront living.
With approximately 515 residences spanning 1-bedroom to penthouse configurations and an estimated TOP of December 2030, Vela Bay is positioned as the marquee address in what is set to become Singapore's most thoughtfully planned new coastal neighbourhood.
